Enjoy a taste of 3 spiritual practices:
Kundalini Yoga aims to build vitality and awareness through movement, dynamic breathing, meditation and chanting; and to increase consciousness through the raising of Kundalini - the dormant force at the base of the spine.
Sound Meditation uses a variety of beautiful and subtle sounds to help awaken and fine tune our vibrational body and is a gateway to deeper layers of awareness and sense of fulfillment that lie within each of us.
Emotion Self-Discovery offers a meditative process for witnessing and befriending emotion. Skills of awareness and connection with our emotional body can help sustain more conscious and courageous relationships with self and others.

Aurelio Vasquez – Kundalini Yoga
Aurelio has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 25 years. He is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a full-time finance professor. This unusual combination allows him to understand the stressful life events people can go through, so that he can deeply connect with them and offer effective solutions in the daily practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation.
Krishnadeva - Sound Meditation
In his early 20's, Krishnadeva experienced a profound life change when he delved deep into Classical Tantra's holistic approach to personal development. This grounding and inspiring force led him to become a practitioner and teacher for over 30 years in various parts of the world. His sessions incorporate the subtle power of music and chant into the ancient aspects of traditional Tantra, offering practical tools you can use to direct your energies towards personal and spiritual growth and fulfillment.
Alina Isaac - Emotion Self-Discovery
Alina is a poet and artist with a deeply felt passion for transformational growth and relational attunement. Her background includes Psychotherapy, Psychodramatic Bodywork®, Social Work, Sex Therapy and Nursing. She teaches Kaiut Yoga and delights in creating engaging workshops on topics such as Exploring Inner Life, and The Relationship with the Erotic.
