In this 'sitting society' we spend much of our time physically inactive, in a state of stress, our brain overloaded by information and demands to get things done. Disconnected from our physical body, we may not even notice that our joints are not moving as nature intended. Kaiut Yoga brings us into awareness in unexpected ways, using subtle movements to counteract the bio-mechanical impact of aging and the habits that restrict mobility.
